Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in Solar PV and renewable energy. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and the ability to oversee small & large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects from design to implementation. You will be a key player in ensuring successful project execution, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, engineering & development of Roof Top & Ground Mounted Solar PV projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and oversee installations, ensuring compliance with IEC, IEEE, and other industry standards
- Visit sites, Engage with Customers, Collect & study on-site data, identify issues, and propose solutions based on Customer requirements & inputs
- Mentor Junior engineers, fostering their technical development and project involvement
- Manage technical documentation, and quality assurance, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution
- Familiarity with DISCOM regulations for PV system integration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Renewable Energy
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical power systems, with a specific focus on solar PV and renewable energy projects
- Strong knowledge of medium and high voltage systems, grid interconnection, and renewable energy standards
- Proficient in PV design software (e.g., PVSyst ) and electrical modeling tools, with an ability to provide actionable insights based on data
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience in working across international teams and regions
