Role Description

This is a remote opportunity for a skilled 3D Artist/ Animator at Drych Digital. We’re seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualisation Artist to create high-quality, realistic 3D images and videos for property development projects. This role requires someone who can translate architectural concepts and design preferences into visually compelling 3D renders that resonate with luxury property standards. The 3D Artist will be responsible for tasks such as Concept Development, Lighting, Texturing, Rigging, and 3D Modelling to contribute to various projects and campaigns.

N.B: Some clients may have no physical properties available for traditional shoots, so strong skills in 3D modelling, texturing, and rendering are essential. This is because you will be tasked with the important job of bringing their ideas to life; creating a visual representation of what they want to accomplish.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models of residential and/or commercial properties from provided specifications and concepts.
• Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to achieve a polished, high-end aesthetic.
• Collaborate with our team to produce animations and videos that showcase interiors, exteriors, and specific design features.
• Meet deadlines and incorporate client feedback to refine visuals as necessary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret blueprints, floor plans, and design specifications accurately.
• Experience in creating 3D renders for high-end properties or similar projects.
• Proven experience in 3D visualisation, particularly for architectural or property development projects.
• Proficiency in Lighting, Texturing, Rigging, 3D Modelling, and Rendering.
• Proficiency in software such as Blender, Maya, or similar 3D modelling tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of animation principles and techniques, especially for video walkthroughs and dynamic views.
• High attention to detail and an eye for design, with a commitment to achieving visuals that meet high-end property standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and efficient feedback incorporation.
