Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Researcher to conduct high-level academic studies and produce impactful research papers, reports, and publications. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test hypotheses, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and perform data analysis using advanced research methodologies.
  • Write and publish research papers, articles, and reports in peer-reviewed journals and academic conferences.
  • Present research findings at academic conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and other academic bodies for joint research initiatives.
  • Mentor and supervise graduate students or junior researchers in research methods and academic writing.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and publications in the field.
  • Apply for research grants and funding from academic institutions or government bodies to support research initiatives.
  • Provide research support and contribute to course development for academic programs.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards in research, including data privacy, consent, and proper documentation


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in research or similar.
  • Master's degree preferable.
  • 5+ experience in a research field.
  • Sound understanding of research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong statistical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Practical experience in database management.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
