We are looking to hire an Accountant & Admin Personnel

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling, creating, and adjusting the school bills and also following up on all accounting records from time to time.
  • Coordinate the account related transactions of the school at all times.
  • Handle tax and other associated transactions as authorized by the management.
  • Work with admin staff to reach out to parents when necessary for follow up on payments.
  • Financial reporting: Preparing and presenting financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Budgeting and financial planning: Assisting in developing and managing the school's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance and auditing: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, laws, and standards, and preparing for audits.
  • Cash management: Overseeing cash flow, managing bank accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Payroll administration: Managing payroll processes, including salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Financial advisory services: Providing guidance on financial matters to school administrators and staff.
  • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks to ensure the school's financial stability.
  • Work with and coordinate the  efforts of staff  within Logistics section
  • Ensure there is improved customer service in admin section
  • Coordinate efforts and planning towards all the school events and approved payment.
  • Submit the daily payment update report to the management.
  • Can be assigned to work with any of the sections as an admin coordinator.
  • Shall review and give regular updates on the school population growth from time to time as well as the review of fees as a recommendation
  • Attend to any other duties assigned by the management.





Requirements:

  • Minimum of diploma
  • 2-3 years of experience
