Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling, creating, and adjusting the school bills and also following up on all accounting records from time to time.
- Coordinate the account related transactions of the school at all times.
- Handle tax and other associated transactions as authorized by the management.
- Work with admin staff to reach out to parents when necessary for follow up on payments.
- Financial reporting: Preparing and presenting financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Accounting and bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Budgeting and financial planning: Assisting in developing and managing the school's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance and auditing: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, laws, and standards, and preparing for audits.
- Cash management: Overseeing cash flow, managing bank accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
- Payroll administration: Managing payroll processes, including salaries, benefits, and taxes.
- Financial advisory services: Providing guidance on financial matters to school administrators and staff.
- Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks to ensure the school's financial stability.
- Work with and coordinate the efforts of staff within Logistics section
- Ensure there is improved customer service in admin section
- Coordinate efforts and planning towards all the school events and approved payment.
- Submit the daily payment update report to the management.
- Can be assigned to work with any of the sections as an admin coordinator.
- Shall review and give regular updates on the school population growth from time to time as well as the review of fees as a recommendation
- Attend to any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of diploma
- 2-3 years of experience
