We are looking for an experienced Account Assistant to Assist with general accounting procedures.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general accounting procedures. 
  • Assist in establishing a yearly budget and making relevant and necessary changes.
  • Gather invoices and request approval.
  • Ensure maximum compliance with tax laws.
  • File payment vouchers and receipts.
  • Communicate purchase information to management and reconcile weekly, monthly, and quarterly figures.
  • Address all disparities that may arise.
  • Keep inventory of all items and update the inventory book yearly. 


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operation of general office equipment.
  • Ability to record, file, and transmit information.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
