We are seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Recruitment and Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and train Sales Assistants to build a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and development opportunities to sales assistants.
- Set performance expectations and regularly review sales assistants' progress against targets.
- Foster a positive, motivational team environment that encourages success and growth.
Sales Execution and Strategy:
- Actively engage in direct sales activities, including identifying new prospects, presenting BWBMart’s services, and closing deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve and exceed targets.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Connect with businesses and freelancers to introduce them to BWBMart’s services, promoting remote jobs, partnerships, and projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to expand BWBMart’s client base.
- Represent BWBMart at events and webinars to promote our services and network with potential clients.
Performance and Reporting:
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports for the Head of Sales and Marketing, and provide insights on team performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within a freelance or remote work context.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
