Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will not only drive their sales but also recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Assistants. This is a role for someone who thrives on challenges, has a passion for sales, and is ready to contribute to the growth and success of BWBMart.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Recruitment and Management:

• Recruit, onboard, and train Sales Assistants to build a high-performing sales team.
• Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and development opportunities to sales assistants.
• Set performance expectations and regularly review sales assistants' progress against targets.
• Foster a positive, motivational team environment that encourages success and growth.

Sales Execution and Strategy:

• Actively engage in direct sales activities, including identifying new prospects, presenting BWBMart’s services, and closing deals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve and exceed targets.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Connect with businesses and freelancers to introduce them to BWBMart’s services, promoting remote jobs, partnerships, and projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to expand BWBMart’s client base.
• Represent BWBMart at events and webinars to promote our services and network with potential clients.

Performance and Reporting:

• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports for the Head of Sales and Marketing, and provide insights on team performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within a freelance or remote work context.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage the sales pipeline and track performance.
