Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Bosworth Marketing Consulting in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing marketing strategies, coordinating events, and ensuring deliverables meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Development:
o Work with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
o Develop strategic briefs that guide the creative development of experiential
marketing campaigns.
o Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform
campaign strategies.
o Ensure that all campaigns are grounded in consumer insights and align with the
overall marketing objectives of the client.
Consumer Insights & Research:
o Conduct primary and secondary research to gather deep insights into consumer
behavior and preferences.
o Analyze data to understand how consumers interact with brands in experiential
settings (events, activations, pop-ups, etc.).
o Use research findings to build detailed audience profiles and personas, focusing
on engagement opportunities.
Campaign Development & Execution:
o Collaborate with creative and execution teams to develop innovative experiential
marketing ideas.
o Provide ongoing strategic direction throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring
that the execution aligns with the planned strategy.
o Oversee the development of engagement tactics, ensuring experiences resonate
with the target audience.4. Client Relationships:
o Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting insights, plans, and
recommendations that align with their marketing needs.
o Communicate complex strategic ideas in an easy-to-understand manner to both
clients and internal teams.
o Maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating them on progress, new
insights, and post-campaign analysis.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account planning, strategic planning, or similar roles,
preferably within an experiential or event marketing agency.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer research, insight gathering, and data
interpretation.
• Proven ability to translate research and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of experiential marketing and understanding of how to create meaningful
consumer-brand interactions.
