Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and financial reviews.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration.
- ICAN, ACCA Certification
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
