Job Summary

TERMSAT Inc. is a leading provider of cutting-edge VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS solutions, empowering businesses with advanced communications technology. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services or products according to client objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and ensure revenue generation.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics, including sales and client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and provide resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to improve the client experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and progress toward goals.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client concerns and deliver solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
