Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of services or products according to client objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and ensure revenue generation.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, including sales and client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and provide resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to improve the client experience.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and progress toward goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client concerns and deliver solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
