Job Summary

We seek to hire a detail-oriented and exceptional Account Officer to help in the posting and processing of journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Updating accounts receivables and issuing invoices.
  • Updating accounting payables and performing reconciliations.
  • Processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Reviewing expenses and payroll records as assigned.
  • Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Timely filing of Tax dues


Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience
  • BSc. In Accounting, Finance, or a similar field of study.
