Job Summary
The Account Officer will ensure all financial accounting is accurate and up to date, and reconciliations of the general ledger and sub-ledgers are maintained and support the company’s commercial team - in maximizing their strategic investment for growth through performance management, decision support, developing business models, strategy formulation and putting strategy into action.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be a female with at least 3 years of experience
- Must be between the age of 27 and 32 years.
- She must have recognized accounting certifications
- Must be skilled and experienced in Tax matters and bookkeeping.
- Must have accounting experience in the Oil & Gas or Marine sector.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Must reside in Lagos and can easily access office location at Apapa.
