Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Confirm payments and verify order lists against confirmed payments
- Ensure proper approval of reports, rejecting unsatisfactory submissions
- Maintain bookkeeping of revenue, indicating prepayments and arrears
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Conduct month-end audits to prevent errors and ensure proper reporting
- Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and tax compliance
- Professional certification (ICAN) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate Resumption
Work Details:
- Work Days: Monday - Saturday
- Work Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 net Monthly
