Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Maintain and manage financial accounts, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights to management on financial performance.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Customer Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to clients, monitor payment status, and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Expense Management: Review and verify employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies before processing payments.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial processes.
