Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account officer with 1-2 years of experience to assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the accounting team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and a commitment to accuracy.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

 

 Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in Odoo and ERP systems is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadline

 

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 250,000
