Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including income and expense tracking.
- Prepare farm budgets.
- Handle accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including filing returns.
- Advise farm management on financial decisions and cost management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in agricultural accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of farming operations and their financial challenges.
