Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general bookkeeping records.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely payments.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial data is properly documented.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and invoicing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
