Job Title: Senior Backend Developer (Python and Node.js)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems for our chatbot platform.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, data scientists, and product managers to build a seamless user experience.
- Develop and optimize APIs for efficient data exchange between the chatbot and other systems.
- Implement and integrate natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models into the backend infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and reliability of the chatbot backend by implementing appropriate measures.
- Develop and train machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and techniques.
- Assess the performance of the chatbot using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.
- Fine-tune models to improve their performance and address limitations.
- Optimize backend performance and scalability to handle increasing user loads.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in backend technologies and chatbot development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance systems.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or similar.
- Expertise in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of API development and integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
- Knowledge of NLP and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in chatbot development or conversational AI.
- Knowledge of messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Slack).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
