Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing and executing Beauty Atelier’s social media strategy. You will play a key role in increasing our brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and boosting sales across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. If you’re passionate about beauty and social media, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage daily content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that promote product launches, sales, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer interactions on social platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry news, and competitor strategies.
• Partner with influencers and manage collaborations to grow our brand presence.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and progress toward goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and best practices.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers online.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
• Passion for beauty and familiarity with beauty industry trends.
