Job Summary

We are seeking to employ a female Accountant/Admin Personnel to manage the organization’s day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge and organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should reside within the Opic to Arepo axis (Lagos/Ogun State).

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Monitor and track office expenses, invoices, and payments.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee general office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain and organize office documentation, including contracts, records, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the office environment remains professional and well-organized.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Age range: 25–30 years.
  • Must reside within the Opic to Arepo axis (Lagos/Ogun State).
