We are seeking to employ a female Accountant/Admin Personnel to manage the organization’s day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should reside within the Opic to Arepo axis (Lagos/Ogun State).

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor and track office expenses, invoices, and payments.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Oversee general office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain and organize office documentation, including contracts, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the office environment remains professional and well-organized.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Age range: 25–30 years.
- Must reside within the Opic to Arepo axis (Lagos/Ogun State).
