You will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization while supporting decision-making through accurate reporting.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial statements and records.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances to provide actionable insights.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, including VAT, WHT, and PAYE.
Audit and Risk Management:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Identify and address financial risks.
Support Functions:
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.
- Experience in the wine and beverage industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high organizational ability.
