We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with at least two years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing their financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the clinic’s growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.

  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, ensuring timely payments and collections.

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

  • Audits: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems for greater efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to track costs, revenues, and financial performance of the clinic.



Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and financial incentives in the medical sector.

  • Possession of professional certification is an added advantage
