Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all accounting aspects of our

company, which provides services, vending, and product supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll processing, banking transactions,

and other accounting tasks. Proficiency in Zoho accounting software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Transactions: Ensure accurate and timely recording of all sales, expenses, and

financial transactions.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit

and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Tax Compliance: Handle tax calculations, filings, and ensure compliance with local tax

regulations.

• Payroll Management: Process payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure statutory

deductions and remittances.

• Banking & Reconciliations: Manage banking transactions, reconcile bank statements, and

monitor cash flow.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track payments, manage invoices, and ensure timely collections

and disbursements.

• Zoho Accounting Software: Maintain records and generate reports using Zoho Books and other

Zoho applications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelorâ€TMs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Books and other Zoho accounting tools.
• Familiarity with tax laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.

Pay: ₦300,000 per month
