Accountant

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties or real estate projects
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow for each property
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for properties
• Track capital expenditures, operating expenses, and property income
• Ensure compliance with real estate tax laws, lease agreements, and financial regulations
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required
• Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and other departments to ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and depreciation records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
• 1 year of experience in real estate accounting or property management finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and real estate operations
• Proficient in accounting software is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
