Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts for strategic planning.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee payment records.
- Coordinate and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
- Track and report real estate-related financial data, such as property expenses and rental income.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
