Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions and expenses.
- Support monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Assist in tracking incoming payments and outgoing invoices.
- Record payments and help manage invoices with suppliers and customers.
- Monitor basic production costs and help with inventory tracking.
- Assist in monthly inventory counts and reports.
- Help ensure records align with local tax regulations and requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents for tax filings.
- Support basic financial checks and internal controls.
- Identify simple process improvements to streamline tasks.
- Work with other departments to provide financial information when needed.
- Help with organizing and explaining financial details to team members.
Requirements:
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Clear and basic communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software.
Familiarity with accounting principles.
