Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances.
- Auditing: Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoicing, payments, and collections processes.
- Payroll: Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the financial aspects of inventory management, including cost accounting and stock valuations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND
- 2 years of working experience
