Job Summary
We are seeking to hire an Accounting Officer for a real estate company in Ikoyi.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cash books, ledgers, and necessary transaction registers.
- Recording debtors and creditors.
- Writing invoices.
- Maintaining petty cash writing vouchers, paying, and recording payments.
- Maintaining records of assets and liabilities.
- Preparing monthly payroll.
- Weekly reports of income and expenditure.
- Preparing monthly and annual management accounts.
- Writing bank cheques and bank payment vouchers.
- Cheque deposits and withdrawals in the bank.
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- Keeping records of bank transactions.
- PAYE remittance to LIRS.
- VAT and WHT remittances to FIRS.
- Pension remittance to Pension Fund Administrators.
- Providing all requested documents and accounting records.
- Preparing accounting notes and schedules as requested.
Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Accounting or final stage AAT.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of any accounting software will be an advantage but not compulsory.
- 2 years post-qualification experience in accounting functions.
- The candidate should be female.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
