Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements regularly.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage inventory records for accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Accounting experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with strong numerical and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy is required (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
