Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales and Acquisition:
- Identify, target, and acquire private secondary schools as clients for our SaaS/EdTech solutions.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the private education sector in Nigeria.
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize acquisition efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, proprietors, and administrators.
- Act as a trusted advisor, presenting tailored solutions that address client needs.
CRM and Analytics:
- Leverage CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads, track progress, and automate workflows.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
Presentations and Proposals:
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to school decision-makers.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions in addressing educational challenges and enhancing learning outcomes.
Collaboration and Networking:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
- Utilize existing networks and build new connections within the education sector to accelerate sales.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to leadership.
- Suggest improvements to products and services based on client insights.
Requirements:
