Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones and Respond to Emails: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, customer records, and financial documents.
- Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and scheduling appointments.
- Manage Office Supplies: Manage office supplies, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining the office environment.
- Coordinate Meetings and Events: Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, arranging catering and audiovisual equipment, and preparing meeting materials.
- Develop and Implement Administrative Processes: Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
