Job Summary

Greenhills Cassava Farmstead is a commercial farming company that helps individuals manage their wholly-owned farm within our farmstead. We are also involved in food processing, packaging and distribution of agricultural products. The Account Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the company, as well as handling administrative tasks. This includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide support for audits and tax preparation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.


Requirements:

  • This position is open preferably to a female candidate
  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Location: Oregun, Ikeja


Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Gross
