We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
  • Day to day task management of the office.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for team members
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Assist the Business Manager in carrying out HR functions.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Attend meetings and record minutes of same for managers and senior-level executives.
  • Facility maintenance and liaising with vendors, suppliers and partners.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Office Management or related field
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


Location:
Lekki Phase1, Lagos


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
