Job Summary
We are seeking a highly intelligent, versatile, self-motivated professional with a solution-oriented mindset and a never-say-never attitude as an Administrative and Operation Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth operations by overseeing tasks like office management, procurement, scheduling, budget tracking, compliance, and coordinating with different departments to maintain efficiency and productivity across the company; essentially acting as a bridge between administrative tasks and operational needs. He must be agile, adaptable and results-driven, excelling in organizational efficiency, strategic problem-solving and project execution.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory, maintaining office equipment and facilities, coordinating office space, scheduling meetings and handling visitor management.
- Processing paperwork and documentation, managing internal and external communications, handling travel arrangements, maintaining employee records and files
- Implementing and monitoring operational procedures, tracking project timelines and budgets, identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing changes as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Managing procurement processes, including vendor relations, tracking expenses and budget allocation, processing invoices and payments.
- Providing administrative support to team members, coordinating staff training and development and managing employee schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Operations management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in administrative or operations management roles.
- Minimum 2.1 CGPA.
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain detailed records
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutions
- Must be able to thrive in fast-paced environments, ready to move to different locations for long periods as work dictates, embrace challenges as opportunities, and consistently push for excellence practically.
- High level of accuracy and meticulousness in handling administrative tasks
- A keen ability to navigate challenges, drive efficiency, fast-paced situation-specific research, and solution proposal/report writing- presentation, and deliver practical, high-impact results is essential.
- Male preferably.
Location: Port-Harcourt
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
