Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle office supply inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Process invoices, receipts, and basic financial records.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
