We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admin Ass./ digital marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting various departments with desktop publishing, bookkeeping, and accounting functions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and general office management.
- Prepare and design documents using desktop publishing tools (Microsoft Office, Corel Draw, etc.).
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
- Support the team in managing communication channels, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and techniques.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Corel Draw, and desktop publishing tools.
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounting practices, with knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000 Monthly Net.
