Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to provide high-level administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure seamless communication between clients, team members, and management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in administrative roles, preferably in the finance sector.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate communication between clients, team members, and management.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years active experience as a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferably in the finance sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Strong customer service orientation, organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail,l and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
