Job Description/Requirements

Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities:
1). Provide individualized and group therapy sessions for children with autism.
2). Develop tailored treatment plans supervised by center co-ordinator to address each child's unique needs.
3). Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to create a holistic and supportive environment for each child.
4). Continuously monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure the best outcomes.
5). Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
Requirements:
~Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public health or a related discipline.
~Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or equivalent certifications.
~Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children on the autism spectrum or children with special needs.
Skills:
~Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and effective therapeutic interventions.
~Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
~Compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to helping children reach their full potential.
~Experience with early intervention programs and techniques.
~Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
