Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases for efficient information retrieval.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure availability of office supplies and maintain vendor relationships.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and general correspondence.
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate or corporate sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 200,000
