Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits, providing clients with detailed information about properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Utilize social media platforms to market properties, engage with clients, and generate leads.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors to provide clients with informed advice.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have good communication skills
- High-level knowledge on how to drive sales.
- BSc. in business administration, marketing or related fields.
- 2 years experience in the real estate industry
- Must be good with social Media.
- Must be have negotiation skills
