Job Summary
The Admin Officer will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Salmar’s Garden. This individual will ensure smooth administrative processes, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with placing orders and following up on delivery schedules.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Monitor stock levels and manage orders for gardening supplies and tools.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Financial and Operational Tasks:
- Prepare invoices and track payments.
- Maintain expense records and assist in basic bookkeeping.
Marketing Support:
- Assist with managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
Requirements:
- A female candidate is preferred.
- Minimum of SSCE or OND
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a small business environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic accounting software.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Must live around Guzape, Garki, Karu, Apo, Asokoro. Somewhere not far from Guzape.
