We are seeking to hire highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Personnel to join our growing team at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Job Description/Requirements
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain office records and files.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Assistance with office moves and renovations.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment processes as needed.
- Provide general HR support to employees.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into relevant databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
