We are looking to hire an Admin Supervisor who will be responsible for managing and overseeing ITEX's day-to-day administrative processes and efforts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an inventory of all company assets and ensure all old and new assets are tagged appropriately following the tagging convention approved by the organization.
- Assign work tools to staff and follow-up with IT and HR to ensure they are returned upon exit.
- Lease with Mechanics for vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Ensure all vehicle particulars are renewed a week before expiration.
- Supervise and coordinate repairs and servicing of office equipment like laptops, phones, power-generating sets, plumbing works, electrical work, and other building maintenance.
- Supervise the cleaners and ensure all areas are clean, and ensure routine general cleaning is done as per the agreed schedule.
- Raise requisitions for purchase and ensure all monies are accounted for and reconciled appropriately.
- Source for vendors and negotiate pricing before any job is done.
- Source for and purchase work tools and other items needed as request come
- Managing workplace safety issues
- Organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces.
- Liaising with state and Local Government agencies to ensure all permit and licenses (LASSA, Land Use Charge, fire safety, Road Safety, VIO, etc) are renewed one month before expiration.
- Supervise the drivers and dispatch riders and their vehicles/bikes to ensure vehicles are road worthy, safe and clean for use at all times
- Oversee and administer the day-to-day activities of the office to ensure productive and efficient operations.
- Engage artisans for repairs and/or maintenance activity as and when needed.
- Supervise maintenance officers and ensure all assigned tasks are done to the agreed standard and endure TAT is adhered to.
- Serve as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other departments.
- Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as appropriate.
- Keep record of all preventive maintenance activities and supervise the facility maintenance officer to ensure servicing is done as and when due.
- Manage the relationship with NNPC and ensure all payments are made even before we run out on credit.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks in an efficient, professional, and effective manner.
- Ensure timelines assigned for tasks are always met and challenges that may impact deliverables and agreed timelines are reported.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
