Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate payments and reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and assist in budget preparation and management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing office supplies, and overseeing office maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to process orders, handle invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing necessary documents and reports.
- Assist in managing employee records, processing leave requests, and maintaining up-to-date HR documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to staff and management on financial and administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations through diligent record-keeping and reporting.
- Manage petty cash, track expenditures, and perform routine audits to maintain transparency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 or 3 years experience in accounting or other related field.
- Strong knowledge of internal control and risk management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Presentation.
- Proficiency in learning fast.
- Good knowledge of work ethics.
- Good team spirit
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000
