We are seeking an Admin/Customer Service Representative who primarily handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels like phone, email, and chat, while also managing administrative tasks such as updating customer records, processing orders, and ensuring smooth customer interactions by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Tasks:
- Answering customer calls, DMs, and emails regarding product information, orders, payments, and general inquiries.
- Handling customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions to address concerns.
- Escalating complex issues to relevant departments
- Processing Online orders and updating customer accounts.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
Administrative Tasks:
- Data entry, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate databases
- Generating invoices, quotes, and other necessary documentation
- Filing customer paperwork, managing and maintaining organized records
- Coordinating logistics and Deliveries
- Supporting other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience
working with QuickBooks point of sale is an advantage
- Minimum qualification of HND/BSc.
- 1 years experience
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9 am - 6 pm, Alternative Saturdays 9 am - 3 pm, Closed Sundays
