Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the general administration and the smooth running of the Clinic facilities.
- Ensuring that all appliances are in good order and repairs on time when bad
- Delegating duties and ensuring they are promptly carried out
- Resolving issues concerning the smooth running of the facilities as well as handling communications and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Management skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Fleet management, Outsourcing management skills, Vendor management skills, Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems: AC, PLUMBING
- Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labour-intensive tasks.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Great leadership and problem-solving skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Resourcefulness and excellent time management skills
- Ability to take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to competently utilize administrative software.
- Ability to work well in a group.
- B.Sc. Management or any discipline
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably male
