We are looking for a dedicated Admin/Front Desk Officer to join our team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing excellent office support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk activities, including welcoming visitors/clients and handling inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain office facilities, supplies, records, and files.
  • Handle correspondence and communications efficiently.
  • Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Assist in administrative and other required tasks.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software (e.g., Google & Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Proximity to Akobo, Ibadan is an added advantage.
