Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Manage scheduling and staff rotations to optimize service delivery.
  • Oversee office and spa operations, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks and reports.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a spa, wellness, or beauty brand.
  • Knowledge of spa and wellness industry regulations is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and organization.


Preferred:

  • Experience in spa, beauty, or hospitality HR management.
  • Passion for wellness and customer service excellence.


Location: Lekki

Remuneration: NGN  1,640,000- 2,400,000 Annual Net
