Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage scheduling and staff rotations to optimize service delivery.
- Oversee office and spa operations, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a spa, wellness, or beauty brand.
- Knowledge of spa and wellness industry regulations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in spa, beauty, or hospitality HR management.
- Passion for wellness and customer service excellence.
Location: Lekki
Remuneration: NGN 1,640,000- 2,400,000 Annual Net
