Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle company emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries to maintain good communication;
- Responsible for the purchase, management,t and maintenance of office supplies;
- Organize and coordinate internal company activities and meetings to ensure smooth progress;
- Maintain classified archiving of company documents and contracts to ensure information security.
Requirements:
- A minimum of SSCE certificate is required
- At least 2 years of working experience as an Admin Assistant.
