Job Summary

To support the day-to-day operations of the company, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist in managing office affairs and ensure the team operates efficiently.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle company emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries to maintain good communication;
  • Responsible for the purchase, management,t and maintenance of office supplies;
  • Organize and coordinate internal company activities and meetings to ensure smooth progress;
  • Maintain classified archiving of company documents and contracts to ensure information security.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of SSCE certificate is required
  • At least 2 years of working experience as an Admin Assistant.
