Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Visitor reception, receiving guests and directing them to the right office, maintaining the visitor logs
  • Ensuring that the reception, offices, and amenities in the block are tidy and presentable
  • Note-taking during meetings and typing letters
  • Report writing
  • Calendar management for the General Manager, others
  • Stationary inventory management
  • Courier services (DHL)
  • Handling leave records
  • Flight booking and record keeping
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative tasks
  • Visiting bank branches for cheque deposits
  • Other administrative task that may be assigned from time to time


Requirements:

  • 3 years experience as an Admin
  • Degree in a related field
