Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling appointments as needed
- Coordinate and facilitate office events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Additional qualification in office administration or related field is a plus
- The candidate must pass a background check which includes providing 3 Guarantors and 3 Referees
- Must Participate and pass through Training on Good Work Ethics, Good Customer Service and Communication Skill. Training is 4 - 6 Weeks (Course work and Internship)
