We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help support the office's daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong multitasking abilities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
  • Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling appointments as needed
  • Coordinate and facilitate office events, meetings, and conferences
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Additional qualification in office administration or related field is a plus
  • The candidate must pass a background check which includes providing 3 Guarantors and 3 Referees
  • Must Participate and pass through Training on Good Work Ethics, Good Customer Service and Communication Skill. Training is 4 - 6 Weeks (Course work and Internship)
